To request deletion of your Flash Partner Vendor account and associated data, please email us with the following details:
Subject: Flash Partner Account Deletion Request
In the email body: Please include your registered phone number and shop name.
Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon verification and processing of your request, the following data associated with your vendor account will be permanently deleted:
- Registered phone number
- Vendor name
- Shop name and shop details
- Product listings and pricing information
- Shop location data
- Vendor dashboard data
- Account-related analytics data
Data That May Be Retained
For legal, financial, and compliance purposes, certain information may be retained for a limited period:
Transaction and order-related records may be retained for up to 90 days to comply with legal and financial obligations before permanent deletion.
After the retention period, the data will be permanently removed from our systems.
